What maximum size calf will be fit?
Open design works with most foot sizes, calf circumference 16.3 inches max.
How long should I massage my feet?
The total recommended usage time of the massager is 15-30 minutes
Why can't I feel the heat?
Please wait for 3-5 minutes and you will feel the heat. You can press the heat button to turn on/off the heating function or switch the temperature. There're 2 heating levels.
What should I do if I feel the temperature is too hot?
Please use the lower temperature or turn it off. It's better to wear socks and trousers if necessary.
What should I do if I feel the massage intensity is too strong or light?
There're 3 intensities of air pressure to select, please select the intensity which is fit for you. Please wear a pair of socks if you feel uncomfortable.
Why does the massager suddenly stop working?
The massage time is over or the power adapter is loss.
Why can't I feel the vibration?
The vibration is off in default. You can press the vibration button to turn it on and switch the intensity. There're 2 vibration levels. The vibration motor is at the bottom end of each massage area.
Why doesn't the wireless remote work?
Maybe the battery is dead, please replace it with new batteries (2*AAA Batteries).
Does it use batteries?
No batteries required. It's electronic and you have to plug it into an electrical outlet. It's not cordless. Please ensure to use the adapter and attachments supplied with the massager.
Will it work with 220-240V?
Yes, it is rated 100V-240V so it will work.
Can it be used in bed?
Yes, you can lay it on the bed to enjoy a stronger massage.
Can you by-pass the 15/30 minute timer function and have it just run without having to reset it?
No, you can change the timer to 15 or 30 minutes, but the shut-down is automatic, for safety reasons.
Can you operate it without the air pressure/heating/vibration/shiatsu?
Yes, each function can be used separately.
Does it work without the remote?
Yes, it does.
How can I adjust the angle to place the machine?
There're 2 kinds of stand bars (about 20°or 54°) on the bottom of the machine. You can open it to fit your feet or calves.
